Application

Applicants will be asked to provide the following application materials:

  • Personal Statement: Please describe your career aspirations, how you envision the fellowship will support those aspirations, and any special qualifications you want to highlight.
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • A total of three (3) Letters of Recommendation: One (1) from Residency Program Director and two (2) from faculty or professional staff from medical school/residency hospitals.

Application Process

We review applications as they come in and encourage submitting application materials sooner rather than later. The majority of our interviews will be conducted during the month of September. The UW Boise Addiction Medicine Fellowship is currently accepting applications for 2025-2026 Academic Year and will be participating in the national Match for AY 2025-2026.
